Every apprentice builds across all four — from the wrench in your hand to the license in your name.
Tenant Management
Turnovers, work orders, walkthroughs, and the professional side of keeping tenants happy — learning how a building is actually run as a business, not just fixed.
Light Construction & Renovation
Framing, drywall, finishing, and the hands-on build-out of the building's ongoing renovations — real construction experience earned on a live project.
Business Ownership & Licensing
Taught by the upper-floor legal and financial partners: how to get licensed, form a company, estimate a job, and run the books — the path from tradesperson to owner.
