The Model
The Guild isn't a classroom with a jobsite bolted on — the building itself is the lesson, and the people who've done the work are the teachers.
The Guild is a working trade school with no wall between the classroom and the job. As 149 Franklin Blvd is maintained, leased, and renovated, every task becomes a lesson — and every lesson is taught by someone who has done the work for a living.
Downstairs, apprentices learn the trades by keeping a real commercial building running. Upstairs, the attorneys, accountants, and business owners who lease space teach what a trade school usually can't: how to get licensed, win contracts, and own the business — not just work in it.

Apprentices start with real work on a real building — maintenance, repairs, and renovations at 149 Franklin Blvd — shoulder to shoulder with mentors who teach as they go.
Upstairs, leasing attorneys, CPAs, and contractors teach licensing, estimating, and ownership — so apprentices graduate knowing how to run the work, not just do it.
Regional contractors partner with the Guild to hire from it — turning finished apprenticeships into paid placements, and placements into the next generation of licensed owners.
